Young ratty lobe tips, at 30x. Ratty patch, at 30x. Bark fragment, at 10x. 

Phaeophyscia insignis [] [voucher] 

 GEN minute foliose lichen, on cedar bark, in shaded spray zone with
 THAL green, minute flat lobes, epruinose, K-, lower surface whitish to tan, paraplectenchymatous both surfaces, pale short rhiz, fine green granular soredia in laminal soralia, soralia becoming confluent and covering entire thallus appearing almost leprose

 GEN minute foliose lichen, on oak bark, in shaded spray zone
 THAL green, lobed, tips ascending and ruffled, epruinose, K-, whitish bel with lots of short white rhiz, fine granular soredia in terminal labriform soralia, paraplectenchymatous on one surface and prosoplectenchymatous on the other (long fine parallel hyphae)
