Due west to second horse trail, then back via trail and gorge overlook.

Peltigera venosa [] [voucher] 

Covering a bank just before the skunk cabbages.

Peltigera polydactylon [] 

 GEN felt lichen, on mossy boulder
 THAL shiny, smooth, broadly faintly wrinkly, margins curled up and crisped esp when wet, brown to gray, no isidia or soredia or lobules, dark brown to black bel right to edge except for v shallow ellip white interspaces, rhiz abundant scattered pointed
 APO many, reddish-brown, saddle

Cladonia phyllophora [] [voucher] 

 GEN cladonia, on mossy boulder
 THAL 
squam 1-3mm, thickish, rounded, white felty bel, curled up, many on stems esp around cups
podetia 10-15x1.5-2.0mm, cups flaring gradually to around 3mm, often one to sev prolif from marg, secondary podetia identical, many blackish-brown pycnidia raised around cup marg, white pruinose inside cup
cortex not continuous, no soredia or apothecia, pale to brownish cast, not noticably blackened at base except for some black rhiz-like tufts from the undersurface of some squamules near moss
Seems it could also be C. prolifica but this species seems more common based on observations by Trevor.

Lysichitum americanum [] 

Starting to bloom along the little stream at the bottom of a gully that feeds into the gorge.
