WGWI west, various fungi.

Snow storm. Walked around and got lost again.

| | GEN | | orange lichen, on rock in rain-shade of old Picea witn Calicioids |
| | THAL | | finely divided narrow short scattering of ascending libes, rather isidioid granules exposed by upturned lobes, granules mostly all over but some distinct crescent-shaped soralia |
| | APO | | present, with soralia on margs |
Still don't know if I know the difference between
X. fulva and
X. candelaria but I'm taking the presence of at least some distinct soralia as being diagnostic of
X. fulva.

| | GEN | | calicioid, on rain-sheltered Picea twigs |
| | APO | | stalk to 3mm(!) long, black, excipulum brown, mazaedium greenish in K, stalk brown under LM, asci clavate 40-50x5um |
| | SPORE | | 11-13x5-6um, 2 cell, brown, spiral-cracked to irreg warted in age, strongly constricted in age |
