Edgewood Blue, Xanthoparmelias. 

Looks like there are at least two species of Xanthoparmelia on the rocks around Trevor's garden path.  None have isidia or soredia, but one is much narrower, darker, and closer-appressed.

Xanthoparmelia coloradoensis [] 

 THAL lobes few mm wide, loosely attached to rock, pale milky green, black pycnidia always present, apothecia rare, never any soredia or isidia

Xanthoparmelia angustiphylla [] 

 THAL lobes ~1mm wide, closely appressed to rock, greyish to milky green, smooth, fairly flat, apothecia present on most
