Prissy Bear's Run up to Minerva.  Mostly (1) on the log just over the first creek crossing that always has the late fall oysters, (2) the big old rotten log (was it a maple?) that I cut through years and years ago in the low spot right next to the creek.

Two beautiful ones, quarter view. Three nice ones, on leaf, top view. A few in moss, quarter view.

 GEN minute mushroom, on oak leaves
 ST 5-40x0.1mm, white, smooth, wiry
 CAP white, 2mm wide, dome, pleated, depressed center, smooth, translucent
 FLESH too thin to see! 
 VEIL none
 GILL white, att, 10 long ones and 10 short ones attached only at marg
 SPORE you're kidding right?? 

Two small ones, top view.  (Also a tiny one of the lilac disks.)

Scutellinia scutellata [] [voucher]

 GEN small disk fungus, few to large numbers scattered, on rotten mossy hardwood
 ST none
 CAP 3-7mm, orange, fine long black hairy on back, hairs protrude around edge, fertile surface perfectly smooth, sl concave
 FLESH same as cap, ~0.2-0.3mm thick

(2) Oops, the smaller ones are a different species maybe! 
 CAP 1-1.5mm wide, otherwise same as above

 GEN small disk fungus, several crowded to scattered, on rotten mossy hardwood
 ST none or v short central
 CAP 2-12mm, concave, crowded and contorted, dull, deep violet-burgundy-vinaceous hue, rubbery, outside paler, all smooth
 FLESH paler, like backside of cup, gelatinous

Oligonema schweinitzii [] [voucher]

 GEN slime mold, covering v rotten mossy hardwood log over stream
 CAP bright ochre, ends up as cottony mass (gives off clouds of spores in this stage), originally tightly packed single layer of minute borwn beads that eventually turn bright ochre then burst into cottony mass, beads ~0.5mm shiny smooth round spheres
 SPORE print yellowish brown

 GEN small mushroom, clustered, on rotten mossy hardwood log over stream
 ST 25x6mm, whitish, fibrillose, hollow, fibrous-tough, lilac fuzz at base
 CAP 15mm wide, dome, orange-brown to reddish-brown, slimy, smooth, white fibrillose around margin (from veil)
 FLESH 4mm thick, watery, pale cap-colored
 VEIL fibrillose, whitish
 GILL attached, pale yellowish
 SPORE failed to get print
This one defeats me.  I want to say it's Cortinarius, but I can't find it.

Panellus serotinus [] [voucher]

 GEN small shelf mushroom, on several-year-dead v rotten moss-covered hardwood log by trail
 ST lateral, yellower and less scurfy than cap, 5-20mm long, stubby
 CAP to 30mm wide, sticking out up to 20mm, nicely shaped rounded cap, deep green scurfy over yellowish context paling in age to mottled yellowish grayish greenish, margin curled under, slimy
 FLESH quite thick (up to 10mm?), whitish but watery when fresh, semi-tough
 VEIL none
 GILL decurrent, bright yellow fading in age, v close, less than 2mm deep, many forked
 SPORE failed to get any from these but see 20071126

Galerina autumnalis [] [voucher]

 GEN small mushroom, scattered under rotting mossy hardwood log
 ST 20-40x2-4mm, curved, sl off-center, brown, pale yellowish at top, striate from innate fibers, tough but breaks halfway solid, same color inside as outside
 CAP 35mm, broadly convex, rich deep brown fading to yellowish brown at margin, brighter when young, smooth, slimy when wet, translucent striate in outer third, v thin marg hung with veil remnants, hygrophanous (fading lt brown?), v low small umbo
 FLESH water brownish, to 1.5mm thick, flexible, doesn't break when bent in half
 VEIL partial, superior, v thin membranous, turns brown from spores, also leaves tatters on marg of cap
 GILL dirty pale yellowish to pale tannish, scattered brown spores visible at 20x, v sl decur
 SPORE print plain old brown

Several of various ages, caps. Several of various ages, gills and stalk, badly exposed. Several of various ages, top view. Splotchy mature one, quarter view, badly exposed. 

Tubaria furfuracea []

 GEN small mushroom, scattered under rotting mossy hardwood log
 ST 20-40x2-4mm, curved, sl off-center, dk brown, whitissh to yellowish fibrillose-scurfy esp near top, hollow, dk brown inside, fibrous, flexible but not breaking
 CAP to 30mm wide, broadly convex, v low small umbo, smooth, not striate, dirty splotched dark brown to pale yellowish brown, hygrophanous (fading pale yellowish), margin v thin and min ragged, marg curled under when v young
 FLESH ~1.5mm thick, watery brown, soft flexible but not breaking
 VEIL none, not even any remnants hanging from margin of young cap
 GILL diry pale tan, close, sl decur, unbr, scattered brown spores visible at 20x, 2-3mm deep
 SPORE print brown?

Clitocybe nuda [] [voucher]

 GEN small mushroom, solit, in moss on top of rotting hardwood log
 ST 10x6mm, bulbous base, flares at v top, same color and texture as cap, solid, watery but same color inside
 CAP 20mm wide, somewhat irreg convex, waxy slick texture, lilac-gray drying brownish, white tomentose, marg min curled under
 FLESH water but same color inside, 5mm thick
 VEIL can't find any signs of any
 GILL att, whitish to pale lilac, 1mm deep, v close, clean and straight, few forked
 SPORE print white
Oops, looks like I picked this one way too young!
