Madison Heights, few fungi.

Lawn on NW corner of Marengo and Fillmore and a bit westward between sidewalk and road.  Just some more photos.  In particular I was interested in comparing our old Panasonic Lumix with my favorite Casio Exlim.  There's a "fuzzy" quality to the Lumix which I quite like, but can't put my finger on just yet.

It appears that the Lumix (a) has wider field of view  i.e. is fish-eyeier (couldn't resist using that word!), (b) chooses much narrower depth of field left to its own devices, (c) doesn't sharpen the image as much.  I will try reducing the sharpening on my Exlim to see if that "solves" the problem.

Older one, quarter view.  Taken with Lumix.
