Looks to be ssp. cervicornis but for the K+y cortex (atranorin?).  Definitely not large enough squamules to be the otherwise obvious C. macrophyllodes.

THAL orange, terete, v narrow, no soredia, most of branches covered in extremely min white fuzz
APO few, tiny, no fibrils on marg
Apparent lack of soredia bothers me, but the fuzz is quite distinctive, supposedly.  Nope, according to Nash, it should be completely grey due to dense tomentum.  Can't be T. contortuplicatus, either, because this is low elevation.  Leaving only one other possibility.

GEN crust lichen, on exp calc rock near sea
THAL lobate, lobes to 1.0x0.5mm, flat, orange, min roughened
 APO lecanorine
C. impolita is only on non-calcareous rocks; C. saxicola is inland.

Spores in asci, at 400x.  I just could not get any in focus, go figure. Close-up of areoles and lobes, at 30x.  Sorry, tips are out of focus. Close-up of immersed apothecia, at 30x. On rock. On rock. On rock. On rock.

Dimelaena radiata [] [voucher]

GEN crust lichen, on exp calc rock near sea
THAL lobate, lobes 0.5-1.5mm wide, v deeply cracked, convex to warty, pale tan to brown, dker at marg, d lt pruinose, cracks quite dark to almost black despite medulla being white, K-, C-, KC-
MED white, K-, C-, KC+pink faint and brief
 ALG green
APO immersed to flush, black, flat to v convex, to 0.4mm wide, no exciple?, epi grey-brown, hymen clear & ~50um tall, hypo dk brown
SPORE 8 per ascus, grey, 10x6-7um, 2 cell, sl constrict at sept, evenly thickened, never swollen even when immature
Arg!  Nash's genus key is missing Dimlaena!  Once I finally bothered to look at this genus (which I knew it was from the start) it was easy. Rinodina sucks, by the way.  (Brodo would've gotten the ID trivially, by the way.)

On rock.

Lecanora muralis muralis [] [voucher]

GEN crust lichen, on exp calc rock near sea
THAL lobate rosette, lobes ~2x1mm & contorted to flat to sl convex, white at v marg, shiny, lt greenish grey, K-, C-, KC+y
 MED white, K-, C-, KC-
 ALG green
APO lecanorine, sess to constrict, contorted, marg flush w disk & gen a bit ragged, disk pale brownish greenish, epruinose, to 1mm, thick contin algal layer, thick cortex w small brown crystals, epi brownish, hymen short & clear, hypo clear
SPORE 8 per ascus, clear, 1 cell, ellip
Depending on density of medulla, it is either L. muralis muralis or L. opiniconensis, but the latter doesn't occur anywhere near here.

Apothecial section, at 400x.  Classic lecideine apothecia, with well-defined exciple: black rind fading into brown interior which merges with hypothecium underneath the bluish/greenish hymenium.  Epihymenium is particularly thick in this case and quite bluish/greenish.  Subhymenium is obscure: it is just a slightly different texture between the hymenium and hypothecium, but it will show up much more clearly in IKI stain, because the then-crisply defined hymenium stains very dark violet-blue. Apothecial section, at 100x. Too bad it's badly focused.

Lecidea [] [voucher]

GEN crust lichen, on exp calc rock near sea
 THAL chalky white, no cortex
 MED white, K-, C-, I-
 ALG green
APO lecideine, black, raised rims, to 0.7mm, superficial, epi greenish black, hymen greenish & I+b, hypo brown, exciple black well-defined layer outside brown, ascus tip thick & trunc & apparently uniformly I+b
SPORE 8 per ascus, clear, ellip-fusif, 1 cell, 12-15x4-5um, usually two bubbles
I can't get good resolution on a stained ascus tip.  Using Nash: Keys to Carbonea (but no species match), Adelolecia sonorae (extremely rare), and Lecidea (again I can find no species that match).  I can't find mention of the green-black epihymenium (indeed epihymenium at all) in Carbonea.  Otherwise all three genera are plausible.  I lean toward Lecidea because the tip is not stained darkly but gets darker near the very tip, and I cannot begin to discern any sort of nonamyloid central axis structure, which the other two genera should have, the one being Lecanora-likem, the other being Bacidia-like.  Hell, they're all three in different families!  (Brodo apparently puts Bacidiaceae inside Lecanoraceae, though.) Carbonea appears to be exclusively inland montane; Adelolecia sonorae has some problems (disappearing apothecial rim, barely pigmented hypothecium to name two); Lecidea genus description matches perfectly in every aspect.  Tellingly, for example, Lecidea mentions "pseudodiblastic" spores, which I take to mean they usually have two bubbles, and the emerald-greenish I+b hymenium.

Physcia tribacia [] [voucher]

THAL lt to dk grey, lobes splaying to 2mm wide at rounded + cren tips, marg lifted displaying coarse dk grey soredia under tips, d and conspic maculate, no pruina, pale whitish to tan bel w scattered pale simple rhiz, K+y
 MED white, K-
 ALG green
 APO none

Sorediate Physcia on rock w K- med and pale lower surface: (in sCA area)

P. dimidiata 3mm lobes, pruina, crenulate w min lobules, soredia marginal
P. dubia 1mm lobes, rare pruina or maculae, soredia lips at tips, lter marg
P. tribacia 1mm lobes, rare pruina, shiny, soredia bel marg and tips, dker marg

On both this and the one from earlier, I'm going by the weak or absent pruina, the darker margins, and the soredia under the margin and tips.

Ugly spores, at 400x. Section of fertile verruca, at 30x.  Perfect example.  Outer radiating black is maezadium, and below that is hypothecium.  What are the red bits on the sides?  The light gray cortex, green algal layer, and dense white medulla are also clearly visible.  The cortex is remarkably uneven, isn't it? On rock. On rock. On rock. On rock.
