CabinCove, under powerlines, mostly cladonias.

Amanita flavoconia 

Several scattered near and under hemlock; on twayblade path past twayblades but before crossing the big rotten log. 
 GEN med mushroom, under conifers, mild odor
 ST bright yell, sl scurfy, smooth slick feel, tapered to top, 60x7-15mm, bulbous base, volva (if it is one) just a few ragged collars of min cap-patch-colored scales on top of bulb, rotten-hollow inside (old specimen I think), brittle, conspic skirt ring w min erose even marg, ring lter ab and orange-yell bel
 CAP 40-45mm, convex, vivid yell-orange to yell-orange near marg, granular orange to yell patches all over, smooth but not vscid, hygrophanous
 FLESH white
 GILL whitish, abruptly notched, ~2 per mm, unbr, clean and smooth
 SPORE print white?, ellip, smooth, 1 cell, colorless, 6-7.5x5-6um, min knobbed, sticking in irreg towers
Funky.  This one looks similar, yes, but different enough I thought for sure I had a different species.  But no, it matches the (good) description in every detail.

Spores, at 400x.  Marks are 2.5um. Gills, at 30x. Two fresh ones, gills and stalk. Two fresh slimy ones, side/top view. 

Cortinarius Bulbopodium 

Two almost in a cluster; in open moist mixed wood  probably assoc w conifers.
 GEN med mushroom, on ground right next to and almost under rotted limb in mixed damp forest, unpleasant acrid odor
 ST tall, straight, 100x9-11mm, tapering v sl to top, fibrous, bulb at base w min collar-like volva, lt yell to brownish, dry feel, firm, brittle but fibrous and sorta hard to break but snaps when it does, hollow but sl stuffed, min brownish fibers or scales at top (veil? or spores catching on fibers?)
 CAP 45-50mm, broad conic, v sl if at all umbo, v viscid, surface slimy-rugose in fine concentric rings (fibrillose to scaly when dry), golden-orange-brown, yellowest at tan marg and in tight soft ring around v ctr brown spot
 GILL dirty lt brown w min erose edge, v notched to almost free, unbr, ~2 per mm
 SPORE print cinnamon to milk-chocolate brown, ellip, brown, 1 cell, roughened or finely tubercled, 11.5-12.5x8-9um, not really sticking
NASTY odor.  VERY viscid.

Lepraria lobificans [voucher] 

From maple leaning over start of Mitchell's Wall trail.

C. albonigra: W white areoles over black bel, can prolif from ctr

C. magyarica: X areolate, greyer, sl pruinose
C. pocillum: N areolate, radiating prim squamules

Cladonia "k plus red tree like" [voucher]

pod to 15mm tall, v multi-proliferate cups, corticate but broken into patches w pruinose white showing through between, squamulose at tips, overall tree-like appearance
 APO brown, in discont rings around lips of final small cups
The only species mentioned in Brodo with K+ red are C. polycarpia, C. polycarpoides, and C. symphicarpia.  None of these match at all.
