ID off of memory, so could be wrong.

Small line on a log. 

Ceratiomyxa fruticulosa? 

In gully up to clear-cut, on rather rotted wet oak log.  Didn't look too closely at it, but come on, how many fungi look like that??

Cypripedium acaule 

All over top of gully.

Infl. 

Kalmia latifolia 

In clear-cut; in full fl most places.

Lysimachia quadrifolia [] 

On higher logging-road; starting to fl all over.

Ragged infl. 

Packera anonyma 

In clear-cut on logging road; in late fl; basal lvs dead and gone.

Porteranthus trifoliatus 

On higher logging road; in full fl; must have just started.

Two fls. 

Robinia hispida 

At big turn in road in center of clear-cut; in full fl.  Hispid almost spiny stems clenches this ID.

Silene virginica 

Two where logging road leaves clear-cut; one in full fl, other just budding.

Hiding in leaves on mountain-side. 

Thamnophis sirtalis [] 

On connector "trail" between upper logging-road and Tigger's Trot.  Struck out at me when I got too close taking this picture!

Sev fls, wet. Two fls and lvs. 

Euonymus americanus 

Near bottom of Tigger's Trot.

In rock garden.

In gully; starting to fl all over.

On Tigger's Trot, I think.

At base of gully to clear-cut; several there; in late fl; this one in full fl still.

All over, but these low down on Tigger's Trot; starting to fl to full fl.

Rhododendron calendulaceum 

The planted one at foot of stairs; early but rather full fl.  Color clenches ID.  There was also one blooming on the Asbury a week or more ago.

Hairy caps. Gills. 

Schizophyllum commune 

At very bottom of Tigger's Trot, a little to the right (going up); must be new since recent rains.

Sev fls.  Stamens and petals are clear but the few fruits are nearly hidden  they're the off-white scimitar-shaped things spreading underneath the white club-shaped stamens (esp visible in blurry flower in bottom left).  Petals are best seen in flower on bottom right. 

Thalictrum clavatum 

The one in the creek just below the bridge to Misty Mellow. 
 LF glab, 2-ternate, lflts 3-lobed
 INFL bisex fls in term axils
 PET white
 STAM white, showy, clavate, many
 FR glab, scimitar-shaped, lt yellish greenish (or off-white)

Close-up of Infl.  One chasmogamous on top, and several cleistogamous below. 

Triodanis perfoliata? 

In rock garden; just starting to fl.  Need to stufy more closely to be sure of ID.

Viola hastata [] 

All over, but this one near bottom of Tigger's Trot.  ID based solely on leaf.
